This is a hand-forged made by a traditional craftsman of Echizen forged cutlery, which has a history of over 700 years. The , forged to be extremely thin yet robust, offers an exceptionally light cutting performance. It is also easy to resharpen.
The is painted red to be highly visible in fields and workshops, preventing it from being stepped on or lost.
